Project Description

A fundamental pillar in our activities, we offer different types of pilling solutions and techniques according to  ground conditions, structural loads and particular project conditions.

We have a wide range of special equipment and tools, as well as highly trained personnel, to engage any geological challenge that comes our way.

  • Rotary Piles: Deep foundations in soil or rock drilled by means of augers or other special drilling tools by rotation. Procedure applicable in almost all types of terrain, combined with different stabilization techniques for loose soils, by means of temporary casing installation  or the use of bentonite or polymer muds.
  • Continuous Flight Auger Piles (CFA): Deep foundation elements constructed  by means of a continuous hollow stem auger, to the bottom of the hole, pumping the concrete through the augers and  introducing  the reinforcement cage with vibration prior to the start of the concrete setting. Applicable technique for unstable ground conditions and without the presence of rock.
  • Driven Piles: Deep foundation elements of precast concrete or steel concept elements are introduced into he ground to a predetermined or rejection depth, by means of  the impact of a mass. Applicable on soft to moderately dense soils.
  • Micropiles: Small diameter and lower-capacity deep foundation elements composed of a steel reinforcement grouted into the ground. Used as a foundation system  for minor structures or underpinning of existing foundations.
  • Barrettes: Deep foundation rectangular elements in soil or rock excavated by means of clam shells. Barrettes can be used to transmit large magnitude loads to high depths into the ground.
