Project Description
The Quo and Granat buildings are multifunctional real estate projects located in a gentrifying sector of Guatemala City. The main challenge consisted in managing two independent projects in unison to exceed our clients’ expectations.
Solution
The excavation slopes were stabilized by anchored walls to a maximum depth of 23 meters. We worked together with the structural designer of the project to integrate the shear walls of the buildings with the protection walls and thus provide a comprehensive solution for the project, taking advantage of the synergy between the clients and the Rodio Swissboring team.
